Sports Law in Turkey: Constitutional Court Decisions Annulling Provisions of the Sports Clubs Law and the TFF Law
The Turkish Constitutional Court annulled provisions of Law No. 7405 on Sports Clubs and Sports Federations and of the TFF Law No. 5894. The annulled rules, their effective dates (14.07.2026 and 02.01.2027) and the current framework of mandatory arbitration.
